Our discipleship is not aimed only at leaders in the Church- it's aimed at anyone who is hungry to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth. We're focused on simple teachings that anyone can understand and we're placing a reliance on the Holy Spirit's ability to teach the truth. We believe that as He is in the Godhead, He is as much interested in teaching and showing the truth to point humanity back to the person of Jesus Christ.

What we're hoping to foster among those we teach and disciple, is something called Synoptic Lifestyle. The concept comes from the synoptic gospels- where three different men wrote about Jesus, each one showing a clear inflection and voice of the author, but all bringing the reader to the same conclusion and truth about Jesus. So to, the Holy Spirit wants to bring the same phenomena within all believers because we are His living epistles. As a result, even with each person's experiences, culture, upbringing, and frame of thought are present in how a person conveys the Gospel, but the veracity and centrality of Jesus and His sacrifice are the same- no matter who is professing it, because the same Holy Spirit lives within each believer.

Our discipleship classes focus on four main aspects of Christian life transformation:

-Knowing the Holy Spirit (Who is He?, What does He do? How do we get to know Him?)

-Knowing the Believer's Identity (Knowing the power and authority Jesus gave to us through healing, deliverance, and the Holy Spirit's baptism)

-Christian Ethics (Confronting caste discrimination, social justice versus the Kingdom of God)

-Worshipping God (What is worship? How do we worship? Developing a style that honors God and is distinct in the culture)
